I therefore do not hold Open Adventure Limited and Tri Adventure Limited or any of its agents responsible for any damage or injury sustained to me or my property during the event.
Refunds and Transfers:
In the event of a cancellation more than 7 days before the event, a refund of the entry fee minus £5 admin fee will be given.
More than 7 days before the event race entry can be transfered to another race within the series. This will incur a £5 admin fee, however, this will forfeit the opportunity for a refund.
Please note that no refund or transfer can be offered within 7 days or less to the event date.
Equipment:
All competitors will be issues with a SPORTident timing cards, the competitor assumes responsibilty of the card until it is returned - any loss or damage will result in the cost being charged to the competitor.
Photography and filming:
During our events there will be photographers and on occasions film crews. By entering our events you are giving consent that images of yourself maybe used to promote Tri Adventure and/or its sponsors.
