On offer are the choice of a 5km or 10km Off-Road Running event with chip timing, and a 1km Junior Fun Run.

Whiteley Village Races is raising funds for Whiteley Homes Trust which raises money to provide for the 500 retired elderly people of limited means living within the village. Find out more about Whiteley Village.

Getting there, Location and Travel:
Whiteley Village, Hersham, Walton on Thames, Surrey, KT12 4EH
There will be free parking for all. Please follow the yellow event markers to the car park when you arrive at the venue.
The nearest Train Station is Walton on Thames, approximately a 2 mile walk away.
Please note that the 546 Bus to the village DOES NOT run on Sundays!

Prices:
- 5km Off-Road Race – £12.00 (£15.00 on the day)
- 10km Off-Road Race – £20.00 (£25.00 on the day)
- 2.5k Youth Run – £10.00 (£12 on the day)
- Fun run, 1km for under 14’s – £6.00 (£8.00 on the day)
- Scoot/Bike/Run – £9.00 (£12 on the day), Multi-Disciplined Event for the under 14’s. Requires a Scooter, Bike and helmet.
Each participant receives a medal at the finish line.
Online entry will close at midnight on the Friday before the event. Entry on the day will be possible, subject to capacity limits – there is an admin fee. Please check the website for information.
Approx Event Timings:
08:30am – Registration opens to collect your race number and timing chip
09:15am – Scoot/Bike/Run – over 2 waves, young/older
10:00am – 1k Fun Run
10:30am – 2.5k
10:30am – 5k
10:30am – 10k
11:30am – Run prize giving.

Catering:
Support Whiteley Village by planning to have a bite to eat after your event. There will be refreshments available to purchase at the finish for after your run.
Prizes:
There will be prizes awarded to the first 3 Male and Female finishers in the 5km & 10km Races. A medal will be awarded to every participant.
Other:
There will be a water station, first aid, toilets, free car parking, refreshments, and a place to drop your bag in a nearby hall.
